Course overview

For artificial intelligence to be successfully implemented in companies, there is a need for individuals who can teach others how to work with it. This training course imparts the role of the AI Trainer: designing training sessions on AI tools, conducting them engagingly, and anchoring learning successes in everyday work. Designing AI Training Sessions - Define learning objectives based on the participants' prior knowledge and fields of work - Structure content from basic prompts to specific use cases - Develop exercises that utilize real tasks from everyday work Conducting Engaging Training Sessions Knowledge sticks when people try things out instead of just listening. - Alternate between demonstration, hands-on practice, and meaningful exchange - Manage varying levels of experience within a group - Address and contextualize reservations and concerns regarding AI Bringing Learning Success into Everyday Work - Provide practice tasks for the time after the training - Organize availability and follow-up formats for questions - Assess the impact of training sessions and further develop formats This training shows how AI knowledge can be conveyed in a way that it is actually utilized in the participants' everyday work.
