Objective The training program provides in-depth knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on generative AI and its practical application. The goal is to understand the fundamentals of AI, the ability to design and implement AI-supported solutions, and the development of AI strategies. Content The content includes the basics of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and alternative language models (LLMs). It covers the functionality and application scenarios of ChatGPT and similar systems, including safety in using these tools. Furthermore, the fundamentals of classical machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning are explained. The program addresses the selection of suitable AI technologies for specific tasks, the design of AI-first strategies, and the planning and implementation of AI-supported process optimization. The configuration of AI assistants and agent systems, the implementation of AI in existing processes, and strategic AI marketing are presented as application examples. Cybersecurity in the context of AI systems, as well as ethical, legal, and responsibility-related aspects of AI development, are also part of the content. A practical project to create one's own AI system or an AI marketing system rounds off the practical part. Industry-specific peculiarities and recommended additional knowledge are also covered.
