Clear communication and comprehensible documentation are central requirements in everyday nursing practice. This training course provides the fundamentals of communication in nursing as well as written and digital documentation. What you will learn Fundamentals of communication in nursing with patients, relatives, and within the team Structured nursing documentation as the basis for administration in nursing Handling of handover protocols and reports Basics of data protection in nursing-related records Legally secure formulation of observations and measures Use of digital documentation systems in everyday nursing practice Course content The training combines communicative fundamentals with organizational tasks.
