In this course, you will learn how to conduct conversations with care recipients, relatives, and the nursing team appropriately, document nursing measures correctly, and apply medical terminology confidently. Content: Apply the fundamentals of verbal, non-verbal, and intercultural communication Understand communication models and the professional handling of proximity, distance, shame, and conflicts Conduct conversations with care recipients, relatives, and individuals with special support needs appropriately Professionally accompany challenging situations such as fear, aggression, grief, and crises Safely apply the fundamentals of nursing documentation and legal requirements Document nursing reports, observations, nursing planning, and structured information collection (SIS) Utilize digital documentation systems and nursing software for recording and planning nursing measures Confidently apply the fundamentals of medical-nursing terminology and understand professional texts Prepare and document handovers, nursing visits, and performance records appropriately Train communication and documentation skills using practical case studies Perspectives: These competencies are of central importance in outpatient and inpatient nursing facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other institutions in the health and social services sector.
