Course overview

In the healthcare system, daily interactions with older, frail, and sick individuals from other countries are constantly increasing. Due to different upbringing and lifestyles, conflicts are not uncommon. In this course, you will gain insight into other cultures and their differences from our own culture. You will be shown ways to achieve a reasonable and healthy coexistence. You will learn why certain behaviors can lead to dissatisfaction on both sides, giving you the opportunity to provide clarification in these situations.
