Course overview

The part-time training qualifies you to lead a nursing area and meets the requirements of the nursing insurance for the leading specialist according to §71.3 SGB XI for outpatient and inpatient care facilities (nursing homes). The professional management of a nursing area or nursing service as a nursing service manager (PDL) requires background knowledge, the ability to filter daily information overload, professional communication behavior, and experience exchange. The successfully completed training as a nursing service manager enables you to take on management and leadership tasks in accordance with the recognized state of nursing science and other relevant scientific findings.
