Module 1: Basics of Logistics Module 2: Basics of Digital Twins !Basics of Logistics *Introduction to Logistics Systems: Overview of basic logistical terms, functions, and the significance of logistics in industrial value chains. *Processes & Networks: Fundamentals of material and information flows, logistics concepts, and control models in the context of Industry 4.0. *Planning & Organization: Logistics planning, load carrier management, route planning, and container management as strategic elements of modern logistics. *IT & Digitalization: Basics of logistics IT, automation, data analysis, and future technologies such as digital twins and smart logistics. *Safety & Regulations: Initial insights into protective regulations, packaging basics, customs processes, and legal aspects in logistics. !Basics of Digital Twins *Virtual Representations: Development of digital models of real objects, processes, or systems. *Simulation & Optimization: Analysis of process behavior, error detection, and performance enhancement. *Application Areas: Production planning, logistics, maintenance, and product development.
