Data Analysis + Warehouse Logistics + Material Flow + Automation This training provides knowledge in the analysis of logistical processes, warehouse logistics, and the optimization of in-house material flow. Participants will learn to apply modern technologies and methods to improve efficiency in warehouse and logistics systems. Module 1: Introduction to Data Analysis for Logistical Processes Module 2: Introduction to Warehouse Logistics Module 3: Basic Warehouse Processes and Material Flow Optimization Introduction to Data Analysis for Logistical Processes Data Management: Collection, cleaning, and structuring of logistical data. Analytical Methods: Statistical evaluation, machine learning, and forecasting models. Technology Use: Utilization of data visualization, BI tools, and cloud analytics. Practical Applications: Improvement of supply chains, inventory, and transport routes. Introduction to Warehouse Logistics Types of Warehouses & Warehouse Technology: Introduction to block, rack, flow, and automated storage systems, fundamentals of warehouse logistics and their role in the supply chain. Inward and Outward Storage Processes: Operational procedures for storage, retrieval, and inventory management, supported by warehouse logistics software. Warehouse Planning & Organization: Basics of warehouse structure planning, use of material handling equipment, and container management in modern warehouse systems. IT & Automation: Use of warehouse technology, automated systems, and digital solutions in the context of Industry 4.0. Basic Warehouse Processes and Material Flow Optimization Process Analysis: Examination and optimization of warehouse routes, workflows, and picking techniques. Automated Conveying Systems: Integration of modern conveying technology and robotic solutions to enhance efficiency. Design Principles for Warehouses: Development of optimized warehouse structures to reduce throughput times. Lean Management: Application of continuous improvement processes (CIP) and value stream mapping in the warehouse environment. Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to analyze logistical data, plan warehouse processes, and make the material flow more efficient through the use of modern technologies.
