Hybrid Cloud & IT Architecture: Integration of on-premise systems with cloud-based networks - focusing on security and scalability. Cloud Security & Access Protection: Network access via firewalls, IAM, SIEM, and modern encryption technologies. Cybersecurity & Monitoring: Security management, logging, red teaming, and cloud forensics for risk assessment and incident response. Cloud Infrastructures and Security Management Basics in the cloud: Overview of public, private, and hybrid cloud models, providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Cloud architectures & services: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS - planning and building modern cloud infrastructures for businesses. IT security management: Access controls, identity management (IAM), encryption, and compliance in the cloud. Network Technologies and Protocols OSI model, IP, TCP, UDP, DNS, and DHCP as the technical basis for administrators and developers. Subnetting, routing tables, NAT, and VLANs for structuring modern network architectures. Setting up and configuring routers, bridges, firewalls, and security-relevant hardware. Network knowledge as a foundation for coding, secure software development, and business IT understanding. Security Strategies for Network Segmentation Access control through segmentation: Micro-segmentation, VLANs, subnetting, and reducing the attack surface in the network. Zero Trust & GRC strategies: Security architectures in line with BSI basic protection and risk management. Security by Design: Threat modeling, SIEM integration, and preventive protection concepts against social engineering and cyber attacks. Network architecture in companies: Planning, implementation, and monitoring of segmented networks with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools. Virtual Private Network (VPN) Administration Basics of VPN technology: Planning and operating virtual private networks for remote access and secure data transfer. Secure connections: Implementation of IPsec, WireGuard, and OpenVPN for encrypting sensitive network data.
