Objective The training provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the areas of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and DevOps. The goal is to enhance corporate performance and agility through the implementation of powerful goal systems and modern IT practices. Content The training is divided into two main modules: Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Basics and theory of OKR The OKR cycle and its phases Strategic clarity through the development of a strategy pyramid Promotion of culture and psychological safety Setting high-quality objectives Measuring key results through appropriate metrics Implementation models for OKR Synchronization of the organization through alignment Implementation of initiatives and roadmaps Practical exercises Regular check-ins and the application of CFRs (Conversations, Feedback, Recognition) Institutionalization of learning processes through reviews and retrospectives Designing transformation processes with OKR DevOps Foundation Introduction to DevOps, its origins, and philosophical approach Basic understanding of DevOps, stakeholders, and collaboration Cultural aspects, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Change Enablement Central DevOps practices, including Continuous Everything and value stream analysis The deployment pipeline and version control Configuration management and value stream thinking Definition of Done (DoD) and strategies for automation Identification of DevOps anti-patterns Service management as a supporting factor for DevOps Key practices, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in DevOps Interaction of DevOps with agile methods such as Scrum and Lean/Kanban DevSecOps and security best practices Measuring and improving with DevOps Knowledge sharing and learning culture Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in DevOps (GenAI, AIOps) Preparation for the DevOps exam Learning Objectives Analyze and apply Objectives and Key Results to enhance corporate agility and performance.
