Objective The training provides knowledge and methods to enhance organizational performance and agility. It covers the introduction and application of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) as well as the role and methodology of a Scrum Master in agile project management. Content The training is divided into the following topics: **Objectives and Key Results (OKR):** * Fundamentals and theoretical concepts of OKR * The role of leadership and mindset in dynamic environments (VUCA) * The OKR cycle and the creation of Objectives and Key Results * Strategic alignment and the design of goal pyramids * Importance of corporate culture and psychological safety for goal achievement * Methods for implementing OKR in organizations * Development of Key Results to measure impact * Synchronization of goals and activities within the organization (Alignment) * Implementation of initiatives and roadmaps based on OKRs * Practical application of OKR check-ins * Use of CFRs (Conversations, Feedback, Recognition) and coaching for employee development * Institutionalization of learning processes through reviews and retrospectives * Design of transformation processes within the framework of OKR rollouts **Scrum Master (PSM I):** * Fundamentals of agile concepts and practices * Definition, roles, events, and artifacts of the Scrum Guide * Practical application of Scrum events such as Planning, Monitoring, and Review * Estimation methods in the agile context * Scaling Scrum and creating agile environments * Preparation for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam Learning Objectives Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to: Understand and apply the principles and cycle of OKR.
