Classes are conducted as synchronous live online instruction with fixed class times, present instructors, and mandatory active participation. It is not a purely self-study format. Participants work with case studies, group work, peer consultation, transfer tasks, legal case analyses, and practical projects from their own work field. With a clear structure, fixed class times, and immediate practical relevance, you benefit from a reliable learning framework without having to step away from your professional development. Additionally, participants receive materials and resources for the preparation and follow-up of the content. This creates a learning process that remains connected both in class and between modules. Practical Transfer: The training is consistently focused on transferring knowledge into everyday leadership practice. Case analyses, project work, and transfer tasks help to directly apply content to one's own institution. Additionally, an observation period in another care area or institution of at least 20 hours is recommended. This is not a prerequisite for exam admission but can meaningfully support the change in perspective.
