Part-time continuing education for leadership positions in outpatient, partial, and full inpatient care facilities (Management qualification according to § 71 SGB XI). Content: - Leadership and Role, Business Administration, Controlling, Marketing, Economic Efficiency - Forms of Care and Nursing Expertise, Social, Contract, and Care Law - Personnel and Labor Law, Guidance and Personnel Development, Communication and Conflict Management - Quality, Documentation and Expert Standards, Law, Data Protection and Ethics, Health and Self-Protection, IT - In-person workshops with case work and practical transfer: Shift planning and route planning, Employee and job interviews, Complaint management, Nursing visits, QPR inspections, Internal audits Scope: 460 teaching units (UE à 45 min.) over 30 weeks: 208 UE Online live instruction (Zoom), 204 UE In-person workshops in Düsseldorf, 8 UE Examination, and 40 UE Accompanied e-learning. Classes are held on weekdays from 09:00-12:00 or 12:30-15:30, no Saturday classes. Individual entry into ongoing courses is possible upon examination.
