Nursing Management with the Qualification PDL/Responsible Nursing Professional according to § 71 SGB XI (PDL)

Course overview

This training is aimed at those who are already working as leaders or deputy leaders of nursing services in an outpatient service or smaller residential facilities for the elderly and are preparing for the position. Intense competition, more demanding clients, a challenging labor market for skilled workers, a wide range of services, quality aspects, and not least political and legal developments require a high level of qualification from leaders. Especially in the areas of personnel and business management, the keys to the future of the facility lie. The training provides the basic qualifications for this broad range of tasks. Therefore, it includes the additional certificate of Quality Officer. We have had good experiences with both individuals who are already experienced in the position and those who are preparing for it working together in the training group. The training is oriented towards legal requirements as well as current and future demands regarding the position of the responsible nursing professional. The legal foundations particularly include the regulations according to SGB XI as well as the additional requirements of individual states. The training aims to support participants in their practical work even during the training. To achieve this, the content of the learning events and learning situations is tailored to the participants' experience base. Practically, this means that the knowledge, skills, and ideas of the participants are incorporated into and further developed in the lessons.
