Course overview

The further training "Practical Instructor in Nursing and Health Care Facilities" meets the requirements of the Nursing Profession Act in conjunction with the Training and Examination Regulations for Nursing Professions (PflBG, PflAPrV). The content of the training is based on the recommendations of the German Hospital Association (DKG) as well as the recommendation of the State Expert Commission "Generalist Nursing Education" of the responsible Ministry of Health MV. Objective of the training: In accordance with the generally recognized state of vocational pedagogy and other relevant scientific findings, participants in the training are enabled to: promote the development of professional action competence of trainees, plan, implement, evaluate, and document the practical training and guidance of trainees in a targeted and structured manner, integrate learning situations into the internal processes of the facility and department, apply and reflect on fundamental knowledge of methods of guidance, counseling, teaching and learning, and assessing learning success in practical training, professionally and situationally solve challenges in teaching/learning processes of practical training, critically reflect on and actively shape the theory-practice transfer in the context of learning location cooperation, take on the tasks as a specialist examiner in the context of the interim examination and the state final examination.
