Course overview

Structure and Content of the Training The training consists of 330 units (UE) and is competency-oriented. It follows a clear progression: Role Understanding → Didactics → Communication → Assessment → Organization → Practical Transfer & Conclusion. Module Overview (6 Modules) Module 1: Professional Role and Self-Understanding as a Practical Instructor Module 2: Professionally Designing Teaching, Learning, and Instruction Processes (Didactics & Methodology) Module 3: Communication, Relationships, and Counseling in Instruction Situations Module 4: Assessing, Evaluating, and Testing - Transparent and Legally Secure Module 5: Organization, Quality, and Training Management in Practical Instruction Module 6: Practical Transfer & Final Examination (Reflection Report + Expert Discussion/Presentation) Method of Delivery: Synchronous Live Online Instruction + Practical Transfer The majority of the training takes place in synchronous live online instruction. This means: Instructors and participants are present at the same time, the learning process is didactically controlled, interaction and feedback are continuously provided, and participation is documented. Additionally, you will work on clearly structured self-learning and transfer phases on tasks that directly lead into your practice (e.g., instruction planning, reflection tasks, transfer into everyday work). These components remain below the 25% threshold. Transparency Regarding the Number of Hours Total Volume: 330 UE Synchronous Live Online Instruction: 255 UE Self-Directed Learning / Practical Transfer: 75 UE (22.7%)
