In the training for Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), you will engage with the central tasks within the Scrum framework from the perspective of product responsibility. You will learn how to structure requirements, work with stakeholders, and make product decisions based on value creation. Additionally, you will enhance your communication skills in a professional context through Business English. Basics of the Scrum Framework Introduction to agile working and the structure of the Scrum framework Tasks and responsibilities of the Product Owner Collaboration with the Scrum Team and stakeholders Product Responsibility and Agile Planning Development and communication of a product vision Structuring and maintaining the Product Backlog Creation of User Stories and definition of acceptance criteria Assessment and delivery of value contributions in the project context Communication and Business English in Project Everyday Life Basics of the English language in a professional environment Application of Business English in meetings and presentations Written communication in the project context, e.g., emails and reports In this course, you will develop an understanding of the role of the Product Owner in the Scrum process and learn how to structure projects communicatively and methodically, even in an international context.
