Course overview

This course offers an ideal introduction to programming with Python. Participants will learn how programs are structured, how to develop their own applications, and how Python can be used in many professional fields. The course provides practical knowledge of all the basics needed to confidently apply Python in professional life or studies. Target Group Beginners, career changers, students, and professionals who want to learn programming. Ideal for individuals with no or minimal prior knowledge. Course Level Beginner. Prerequisites and Recommended Preliminary Courses No programming knowledge required. --- *Module 1: Basics of Python Programming** In this module, participants will learn the most important fundamental concepts of Python. The focus is on syntax, variables, control structures, and developing initial small programs. Practical example: Creating a simple calculator in Python. Introduction to Python and development environments (IDEs) Data types, variables, and operators Control structures (If, For, While) Functions and modularization Basics of error handling --- *Module 2: Working with Data and Libraries** This module shows how to process data with Python. Participants will learn to work with files and libraries to perform simple data analyses. Practical example: Processing text and CSV files with Python. Reading and writing files Using standard libraries (math, datetime, random) Introduction to libraries for data analysis (e.g., Pandas) Working with lists and dictionaries Small projects for data processing --- *Module 3: Object-Oriented Programming and First Projects** Here, participants will learn the basics of object-oriented programming (OOP). They will understand how larger programs are structured and develop their own small projects. Practical example: Creating a to-do list app with classes and objects.
