Course Description This course is aimed at project managers who want to practically apply agile methods such as Scrum and integrate them into their project work. The focus is on implementing agile principles in everyday work, understanding roles and processes in Scrum, and the targeted use of digital tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Excel. The course is complemented by practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in project management, based on the AI certification courses AI-900, AIBIZ, and GenAIBIZ. Course Content Understanding Agile Project Management Fundamentals and values of agile working methods in the project context. Scrum principles: Transparency, Iteration, Continuous Improvement Distinction from classical project management and hybrid approaches Scrum in Practice Applying and effectively managing roles, meetings, and artifacts. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team Sprints, Backlog Management, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives Tools for Agile Project Work Efficient use of digital tools in agile project everyday life. Jira for sprint planning and task tracking MS Project for time and capacity planning Excel for task distribution, monitoring, and reporting Artificial Intelligence in Agile Project Management Applications of AI for forecasting, automation, and decision support.
