Fundamentals of Project Management

Course overview

In this training, you will learn the essential fundamentals of project management - from planning to successful completion. The content is based on the guidelines of EXIN; the course is conducted as a certified EXIN partner and optionally concludes with an internationally recognized certification. You will learn how to clearly distinguish projects from routine tasks and manage them in a structured way. Using the project life cycle, you will systematically plan goals, milestones, resources, and budgets. You will develop an understanding of roles, responsibilities, and the importance of effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Topics such as risk management, project controlling, and change processes complement the practical focus. The course prepares you for the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation certification (Foundation Level).
