Course overview

AI for Project Managers, Agile Leadership, and Coaching for Project Management. Objective: This training program provides in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management, agile leadership, and coaching for project management. Participants will acquire competencies for the strategic application of AI tools, effective leadership of agile teams, and support for project teams as coaches. Content: The training is divided into three main areas: • AI for Project Managers: * • Basics of Artificial Intelligence and its application areas in project management. • Introduction to Foundation Models and Open-Source AI tools. • Practical application of AI in everyday project work, including the implementation of AI projects. • Ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks for the use of AI. • Evaluation of AI solutions and soft skills for AI projects, such as communication, leadership, and change management. • Additional topics such as dealing with ChatGPT and legal aspects of AI use. • Agile Leadership: Leadership in an Agile Work Environment: * • Basics and necessity of agile leadership. • Concepts and methods of agile leadership. • Agile methods, tools, and techniques. • Additional topics such as leadership with metrics, liquidity planning, and risk management in an agile context. • Coach for Project Management: * • Introduction to human-centered project management. • Communication and questioning techniques in project management. • Team dynamics, change processes, and emotional dynamics in project teams. • Coaching as a conversation technique and the promotion of decentralized decision-making. • Crisis and conflict management as well as motivation enhancement.
