Project Management with AI, OKR Methodology, and Coaching Skills

Course overview

Objective The training program provides comprehensive knowledge and skills in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for project managers, Objectives and Key Results (OKR), and coaching in project management. The goal is to enable effective project management using modern methods, to enhance corporate performance, to promote agile working methods, and to support project teams. Content The training is divided into three main modules: AI for Project Managers* This module introduces the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and highlights specific use cases in project management. Topics include foundation models, open-source AI tools, the implementation of AI in everyday project work, and the evaluation of AI solutions. Furthermore, ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks for the use of AI are addressed. Additionally, soft skills such as communication, leadership, and change management in the context of AI projects are taught. An excursion into project management and an additional topic on working with ChatGPT round off the module. OKR* This module focuses on the methodology of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to enhance corporate performance and agility. It covers the mindset for leadership in dynamic environments, the fundamentals and theory of OKR, the OKR cycle, and the construction of strategy pyramids. Emphasis is placed on setting high-quality objectives and measurable key results, implementing OKR, synchronizing organizational goals, and linking strategy with operational implementation through initiatives and roadmaps. Topics such as check-ins, coaching (CFRs), reviews, and retrospectives for continuous improvement, as well as strategies for rollout and transformation, are also part of the module. Coach for Project Management* This module imparts skills in project management coaching. Content includes an introduction to human-centered project management, communication techniques, questioning techniques, and understanding team dynamics. Additionally, change processes, coaching as a conversation technique, decentralized decision-making, emotional dynamics in project teams, and crisis and conflict management are covered. Promoting motivation within the project team is also a central component. Learning Objectives Upon completion of the training program, participants will be able to: Understand AI principles and identify their application in project management. Utilize AI tools and methods to optimize projects. Consider ethical and legal aspects when using AI. Develop and apply OKR frameworks for goal setting and performance enhancement. Create strategic clarity and align the organization towards common goals. Act as a coach to support project teams in change processes and enhance their dynamics. Constructively resolve conflicts and crises in project management.
