Course overview

Objective The training program imparts knowledge and skills in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for project managers, the application of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to enhance corporate performance and agility, as well as competent handling of ChatGPT and generative AI. Content The training is divided into three main areas. The course "AI for Project Managers" covers the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, specific AI applications in project management, and the use of foundation models and open-source AI tools. Topics include the integration of AI into daily project work, the implementation of AI projects, ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks, as well as the evaluation of AI solutions. Additionally, soft skills for AI projects such as communication, leadership, and change management are taught. An excursion into project management and an additional topic on working with ChatGPT complete this part. The course "OKR" provides theoretical foundations and practical application of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to enhance corporate performance and agility. Topics include leadership in a VUCA world, the OKR cycle, building a strategy pyramid, and creating psychological safety. Participants learn to formulate objectives and key results, implement OKR, and synchronize the organization. Other topics include deriving initiatives and roadmaps from the strategy, check-ins during the ongoing OKR process, the use of CFRs (Conversations, Feedback, Recognition) and coaching, as well as conducting reviews and retrospectives to institutionalize learning processes. The design of the transformation towards "Living OKR" is also addressed. The course "ChatGPT Expert" offers insights into the world of artificial intelligence and generative AI. The focus is on the practical application of ChatGPT, including designing dialogues and leveraging its potential in various application scenarios. Topics include the fundamentals of generative AI, additional functions in ChatGPT, alternative Large Language Models (LLMs), and safety aspects when using ChatGPT.
