Project Management with Scrum

Course overview

The content is based on the guidelines of EXIN; the course is conducted as a certified EXIN partner and optionally concludes with an internationally recognized certification. In this project management course, you will learn how to strategically manage and successfully execute projects. You will engage in the selection and prioritization of projects, as well as the creation of business cases and the identification of stakeholders. You will learn the art of project structuring through PSP and WBS, schedule projects using Gantt charts and network planning techniques, and manage resources and budgets. The course also covers risk management, quality planning, and communication in projects.
