Further training for planning and controlling projects using agile and hybrid methods -- from project management fundamentals and the Scrum framework to DevOps principles for optimizing collaboration between development and IT operations, including the respective certification. Project Management Fundamentals o Basics of project planning, organization, and control o Combination of traditional and agile project management methods o Roles, responsibilities, and communication within the project team Agile Project Management with Scrum Foundation o Overview of agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework o Roles: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team o Events: Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective o Artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment, Definition of Done o Exercises for exam preparation DevOps Foundation o DevOps principles: Integration of Development (Dev) and Operations (Ops) o Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and automation o Feedback cycles, monitoring, and continuous process optimization o Exercises for exam preparation Project Control and Collaboration in an Agile Environment o Progress measurement: Burn-down chart, velocity, sprint goal tracking o Self-organization, feedback processes, and continuous improvement o Communication and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams o Handling changes and quality assurance in iterative projects Next Step: Request a non-binding consultation for individual course composition and flexible start dates.
