With the funded e-learning program in the field of project management, you will acquire all the necessary knowledge and skills for a career in project management. Project managers take on various tasks: they plan and organize projects, have optimal time management, and ensure a smooth project flow. Fundamentals of Project Management: In this training stage, you will learn the basics for your future employment in the field of project management. Upon completion of this training stage, you will know fundamental terminology, possess knowledge about project management methods throughout the entire project lifecycle, and be able to successfully apply acquired soft skills in the project. Project Management in Practice: In this module, you will deepen your knowledge in project management and apply it practically. Through exercises, you will learn how to transfer your theoretical knowledge to your own practical project. You will demonstrate that you can practically apply your project management methods and independently solve problem situations. The goal is to create a complete project plan with software support. Preparation for the Certification Exam: You will have the opportunity to prepare with us for the official certification according to IPMA Level D. In this training stage, you will learn additional topics from the field of project management and create an IPMA®-compliant report for your own project. This provides you with optimal preparation for your certification. The training concludes after the exam preparation and the creation of a project work with a final exam. Subsequently, you will receive the Project Management Certificate from TÜV Rheinland Academy, which certifies your practical as well as theoretical knowledge. In parallel to the further training modules, you will gain additional knowledge and skills in the field of project management through the following measures: Practical Knowledge of Online Communication Effective online communication is an important success factor in all companies and business relationships. As part of the training, you will gain practical knowledge in online communication and learn how to prevent communication disruptions and handle potential communication problems. Online Collaboration You will learn how to connect with your team using digital programs and tools and utilize various software for efficient teamwork. This includes, for example, basics in cloud computing or the use of social networks for professional interaction.
