Course overview

Goals of the Training The focus of the Project Management and Event Management training is on imparting knowledge in the areas of project management and event management. The course addresses fundamental and specialized aspects of project management, with methods and techniques for planning, controlling, and monitoring projects at the center. Additionally, event management covers the planning and execution of events, taking into account both organizational and creative elements. The course consists of two modules that deal with various facets of event management. The training connects the theoretical content of the individual subject areas and offers an examination of the relevant concepts. The goal is to develop a general understanding of the complex requirements in both areas.
