Course Description In this course, participants will learn how to strategically link project management with the goals and priorities of a company. They will gain practical insights into the planning and control of projects that directly contribute to the implementation of corporate strategy - incorporating both traditional and agile methods such as PRINCE2, Scrum, and Kanban. The content is supplemented by the application of tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Excel, as well as the targeted use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for data-driven decision-making, based on the certificate courses AI-900, AIBIZ, and GenAIBIZ. Course Content Strategy-Oriented Project Management Effectively align projects with overarching corporate goals. Define project goals in the context of business strategy Prioritization in the project portfolio and value-oriented control Targeted Application of Project Methods Combination of proven methods for implementing strategic initiatives.
