Course overview

Optionally, you can choose additional qualifications within your training module; details can be found on our website. During the initial consultation, you will receive tips for your job search and career planning. Additionally, we offer lectures and individual coaching for your application phase. We draw on extensive knowledge in career counseling. Even after the training, you will be part of our alumni network and will receive regular invitations to our career events upon request. The training lasts 40 days and includes the following modules: Project Manager (TÜV) Project Management for Practice Initiating, defining, planning, executing, and closing projects Risk management, project organization, project structure plan Methodological tools, project controlling, analysis TÜV certification test according to the rules of TÜV NORD CERT GmbH Fundamentals of Process Management Relationship between project and process management Requirements analysis, strategic process goals Process audit, improvement management LVQ test Practical Implementation Introduction to Project Libre Processing and presentation of a project By developing and presenting your own project, you deepen the theoretical knowledge acquired and establish a practical connection to the role of a project manager. Scrum (PSM I) and Agile Methods Agile Methods vs. Traditional Environment Digitalization, New Work, Working 4.0 Traditional, agile, and hybrid project management Agile Manifesto, Agile Mindset, and Communication Scrum Master Course Scrum Guide, Scrum framework Roles, artifacts, events Agile practices, planning, monitoring Preparation for the external exam: Professional Scrum Master(TM) I (in English) Development and presentation of a practical project By developing and presenting your own project, you deepen the theoretical knowledge acquired and establish a practical connection to the role of a Scrum Master.
