Course overview

Process Management AI consists of the core modules Six Sigma Greenbelt and AI Level 1. Qualification and Methodology The qualification combines the data-driven methodology of the Six Sigma Green Belt with the targeted application of artificial intelligence and advanced prompting techniques in everyday work. The educational offering addresses the question of how language- and data-based AI models can be used to accelerate analysis, documentation, and communication tasks in business practice. A modern process management framework serves as a structural basis, seamlessly integrating the use of intelligent prompts into existing workflows. A clear process map identifies suitable AI application areas and distinguishes clearly between customer-relevant core processes and relieving support processes. Central Content of the Training A central content of the training is the optimization of information flows through precise prompting or prompt engineering. A future-oriented process management focuses on complete end-to-end processes to minimize interface problems in business data collection and preparation. Using value stream analysis, repetitive text and data processing steps are located. Operational process management employs process modeling techniques to depict the incomplete current process and, based on that, design a target process supported by AI. Performance Evaluation of Results To continuously evaluate the performance of the generated work results, measurable evaluation criteria are established. Evidence-based process management defines specific Process Performance Indicators (Process KPIs) to capture the validity, speed, and accuracy of AI-supported evaluations.
