Course overview

The 5-month distance learning course provides you with a structured overview of central legal foundations in the context of caregiving activities. The aim of the training is to develop a solid understanding of legal contexts and thereby gain more security in everyday professional dealings with laws and regulations. At the same time, the course offers a solid basis for further qualifications, for example in the area of case management or care consulting, and particularly supports managers in care facilities with legal questions. The focus is on the most important areas of law that play a role in caregiving practice. You will learn to classify legal structures, assess responsibility correctly, and act confidently in decision-making processes.
