Revit with Project Management

Course overview

In this training, you will learn how to efficiently model buildings in 3D using Revit. You will work with parametric planning, create construction drawings, sections, and documentation, and utilize Revit's features for structured and traceable construction planning. The focus is on the application of the BIM software Revit - from the design phase to execution planning. Additionally, you will acquire solid knowledge in project management, independent of construction projects. The content is aligned with the guidelines of EXIN; the training is conducted as a certified EXIN partner and optionally concludes with an internationally recognized certification. You will develop project plans, coordinate trades, monitor costs and timelines, and use modern project management tools. The methods taught are applicable across industries and enable you to professionally manage complex projects.
