Course overview

The training program Agile Scrum Foundation, Scrum Master, and Scrum Product Owner builds upon the Scrum framework from the basics to the advanced roles within an agile team. It covers Scrum roles, Scrum events, and Scrum artifacts, as well as team coaching, conflict management, and the management of Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog. Additionally, it focuses on product vision, prioritization, and value creation from the perspective of the Product Owner. The training is complemented by methods of agile estimation, planning, and scaling complex projects. The length of the training depends on the composition of the course modules and the individual prior knowledge. Agile Scrum Foundation o Agile Manifesto, agile principles, and differentiation from traditional project methods o Scrum roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team o Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective o Scrum artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Product Increment o Estimation techniques such as Planning Poker and Story Points o Monitoring with Burndown Charts, Kanban Boards, and Information Radiators o Exam preparation and certification: Agile Scrum Foundation Agile Scrum Master o Agile concepts and differentiation from other frameworks such as Kanban, XP, or SAFe o Responsibilities of the Scrum Master in the team and organizational context o Team coaching, conflict management, and removal of impediments o Maintenance and prioritization of Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog o Agile planning and estimation methods as well as progress tracking o Scaling agile projects and introducing Agile in organizations o Exam preparation and certification: Agile Scrum Master Agile Scrum Product Owner o Creation of a product vision and a product roadmap o Formulation of user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria o Building and prioritizing the Product Backlog o Release planning and estimation of team velocity o Management of the Product Backlog in complex and large projects o Stakeholder communication and continuous value enhancement o Exam preparation and certification: Agile Scrum Product Owner Next step: Request a non-binding consultation for individual course composition and flexible start dates.
