Scrum Foundation, Scrum Product Owner, and ITIL 5

Course overview

The training program Scrum Foundation, Scrum Product Owner, and ITIL Foundation (Version 5) combines the fundamentals of agile project management with an in-depth focus on the Product Owner role and the basics of IT service management. The Scrum Foundation section covers Scrum roles, Scrum events, and Scrum artifacts, while the Scrum Product Owner section addresses product vision, backlog management, and value creation. ITIL Foundation (Version 5) complements the training with the four dimensions of service management, the seven guiding principles, and key management practices for digital products and services. Together, the three modules create a practical understanding of agile product development and modern IT service management. The duration of the training depends on the composition of the course modules and the individual prior knowledge.
