Course overview

The training course Agile Scrum Foundation and Agile Scrum Master builds upon the Scrum framework, covering everything from the basics to the advanced Scrum Master role. It addresses Scrum roles, Scrum events, and Scrum artifacts, as well as team coaching, conflict management, and the management of the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog. Additionally, agile estimation, planning, and monitoring of Scrum projects are emphasized. The training is rounded off with approaches to scaling agile projects and introducing Agile into organizations. The length of the training depends on the composition of the course modules and the individual prior knowledge. Agile Scrum Foundation o Agile Manifesto, agile principles, and differentiation from traditional project methods o Scrum roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team o Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective o Scrum artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Product Increment o Estimation techniques such as Planning Poker and Story Points o Monitoring with Burndown Charts, Kanban Boards, and Information Radiators o Exam preparation and certification: Agile Scrum Foundation Agile Scrum Master o Agile concepts and differentiation from frameworks such as Kanban, XP, or SAFe o Responsibilities of the Scrum Master in team and organizational contexts o Team coaching, conflict management, and removing obstacles o Maintenance and prioritization of Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog o Agile planning and estimation methods as well as progress tracking o Scaling agile projects and introducing Agile into organizations o Exam preparation and certification: Agile Scrum Master Next step: Request a non-binding consultation for individual course composition and flexible start dates.
