Course overview

The training course Agile Scrum Foundation and Agile Scrum Product Owner builds upon the Scrum framework from the basics to the advanced Product Owner role for work in agile project management. It covers Scrum roles, Scrum events, and Scrum artifacts, as well as product vision, backlog management, and value creation from the perspective of the Product Owner. Additionally, agile estimation, planning, and monitoring of Scrum projects are emphasized. The training is rounded off by managing the Product Backlog in complex and extensive projects. The length of the training depends on the composition of the course modules and individual prior knowledge.
