Course overview

The training focuses on the role of the SCRUM Master and the management of projects based on agile as well as traditional approaches. The training provides insights into the initiation, planning, and implementation of projects, particularly addressing elements of agile project management and the Scrum framework. The practical orientation allows you to sustainably manage work processes in projects through case studies and methodological approaches. Initiation and goal definition of projects Development of project plans including resource and time management Introduction to agile and hybrid methods Basics of the Scrum framework and role explanations Implementation of Scrum phases including backlog creation and sprint planning Agile leadership, team building, and conflict management Quality and stakeholder management in agile environments Project controlling, budget monitoring, and sustainability aspects Training Content The training offers a comprehensive introduction to the various phases of project management. Initially, fundamental aspects such as project initiation, goal definition, and stakeholder analysis are taught. This is followed by detailed planning, where the creation of project plans and the assembly of effective teams are the focus. The modular structure allows you to learn and apply both traditional and agile methods, particularly the Scrum framework. The teaching of the individual Scrum phases, from product vision to daily scrums and retrospectives, is explained practically and based on relevant case studies. The training is complemented by the consideration of agile leadership, conflict management, quality management, as well as economic and ecological aspects in the context of resource utilization. Information on Instruction and Examination The instruction is conducted in German. After successfully completing the training, you will receive a certificate.
