Course overview
In modern project practice, Scrum and Kanban are often used not in isolation but in combination, depending on the project context and team maturity level. This training provides in-depth knowledge of both frameworks and demonstrates how they can complement each other or be used situationally. Additionally, Microsoft Excel is covered as a reporting and planning tool to systematically present project statuses, lead times, and team metrics. The course thus creates a practical competency profile for agile project management using multiple methods. The length of the training depends on the composition of the course modules and the individual prior knowledge.
