Course overview

The course combines Kanban Foundation, Agile Scrum Foundation, Agile Scrum Master, and Microsoft Excel at an expert level into a versatile training program in agile project management and data analysis. It covers the principles of the Kanban method for visualizing workflows as well as the fundamentals of the Scrum framework based on key roles, events, and artifacts. Additionally, the role and responsibilities of the Scrum Master are taught, along with advanced Excel functions such as Power Query and VBA macros. The four modules showcase different methods and tools for managing teams, processes, and data in modern project management.
