Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner and PRINCE2 Agile

Course overview

This training combines the two central Scrum roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner with PRINCE2 Agile Foundation. The Scrum Master part focuses on the role as a Servant Leader as well as agile planning and control, while the Product Owner part conveys the responsibility for the Product Backlog and value creation in project management. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation complements this by connecting PRINCE2 practices with agile concepts such as Scrum and Kanban. The length of the training depends on the composition of the course modules and individual prior knowledge. Scrum Master o Role of the Scrum Master: Support the team as a Servant Leader and remove obstacles o Agile planning and control: Apply estimation, planning, monitoring, and control in sprints o Complex projects and introduction of Agile: Transfer and anchor agile principles to larger projects o Exam preparation and certification: Agile Scrum Master Scrum Product Owner o Role of the Product Owner: Responsibilities, decision-making authority, and collaboration with the team o Product Backlog: Manage the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of the Product Backlog o Complex projects: Apply agile principles to extensive and multifaceted projects o Value creation: Ensure benefits for customers and companies through agile approaches o Exam preparation and certification: Agile Scrum Product Owner PRINCE2 Agile Foundation o Agile overview: Classify basic agile concepts and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean o PRINCE2 project management: Introduction to the fundamentals of the PRINCE2 framework o PRINCE2 Agile practices: Apply the seven PRINCE2 practices in an agile context o PRINCE2 Agile processes: Connect PRINCE2 control and agile working methods throughout the project o Exam preparation and certification: PRINCE2 Agile Foundation Next step: Request a non-binding consultation for individual course composition and flexible start dates.
