The Agile Scrum Master and Agile Scrum Product Owner compare the two central roles in the Scrum framework and highlight their respective focuses within the agile team. While the Scrum Master role is oriented towards team coaching, moderation of Scrum events, and the removal of obstacles, the Product Owner role emphasizes product vision, backlog management, and value creation.
