Scrum Foundation - Agile Framework, iterative project work, and empirical approach Training on the fundamentals of the Scrum framework for agile project management - from agile values and principles to roles, artifacts, and the complete sprint cycle, including preparation for the Scrum Foundation exam. Agile Fundamentals and the Scrum Framework o The three pillars of empiricism: Transparency, Inspection, Adaptation o Agile values and the Agile Manifesto as the foundation of Scrum o Scrum as a lightweight framework: deliberate incompleteness and flexibility o Distinction from traditional, plan-driven approaches o Areas of application for Scrum: IT projects, product development, complex undertakings Scrum Roles and Responsibilities o Scrum Master: Servant Leadership, Impediment Management, Process Guardian o Product Owner: Product Vision, Backlog Responsibility, Stakeholder Engagement o Development Team: Self-organization, Cross-functionality, Shared Responsibility o Interaction of the three roles during the ongoing sprint Scrum Events and Sprint Cycle o The Sprint: Timebox, Goal, Stability, and Protection from Changes o Sprint Planning: Define Sprint Goal, Select and Estimate Backlog Items o Daily Scrum: Synchronization, Making Impediments Visible, 15-Minute Format o Sprint Review: Present Increment, Gather Stakeholder Feedback o Sprint Retrospective: Reflect on Teamwork, Derive Improvement Measures Scrum Artifacts and Transparency o Product Backlog: Structure, Maintenance (Refinement), and Prioritization Principles o Sprint Backlog: Selection, Planning, and Visualization of Sprint Work o Increment: Definition of Done, Quality Standards, and Deliverability o Formulating Backlog Items: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Estimation Exam Preparation for Scrum Foundation o Systematically review exam-relevant terms and concepts o Analyze typical task formats and questions o Conduct practice tests and exam simulations o Identify and clarify common misunderstandings in the Scrum framework Next Step: Request a non-binding consultation for individual course composition and flexible start dates.
