This training course covers the various disciplines within the Smart Electric field. It teaches and applies the maintenance of electrical systems and components in vehicles. Module 1: Basics of Vehicle Technology Teaching Content This training course initially covers the basics of drive technology, chassis, and inspection of electric vehicles in the first module. Furthermore, training in occupational safety and physical fundamentals with applications in electromobility is provided. Knowledge is conveyed and applied that is necessary for working on electric vehicles. Topics covered include electric motors and drive technology, measuring voltage, current, and resistance, as well as charging technology and energy storage. Additionally, the handling of electric vehicles, including e-bikes and electric cars, is taught. In the second module of this training in the Smart Electric area, the focus is on specialization in electrical engineering. Topics include the diagnosis and repair of electrical components in electric and hybrid vehicles, particularly in the area of high-voltage technology. The completion of the module includes obtaining the high voltage certificate 2s. High Voltage Certificate 2s This qualification allows work on live high-voltage systems. In addition to fault diagnosis, knowledge is imparted to independently carry out maintenance and repair work while observing safety regulations.
