Smart Repair, also known as "Small to Medium Area Repair Technology," includes methods for specifically addressing minor damages to vehicles. Repairs are carried out on surfaces and components. These techniques are primarily used in vehicle preparation, especially for treating smaller defects. Application areas of Smart Repair: Repair of plastic parts including color matching Refurbishment of leather interiors in vehicles Repair of dents and bumps Paint corrections to remove scratches Glass repair and replacement of damaged windows Window tinting and vehicle wrapping Vehicle Wrapping Course Content This training addresses the Smart Repair specialty of vehicle wrapping (Car Wrapping). This is a process where a special film is applied to the vehicle surface, used for surface alteration and aesthetic adjustment. This module on vehicle wrapping covers the following content: Basic knowledge of wrapping Preparation of the vehicle substrate Proper disassembly of vehicle parts, such as door handles or turn signals Wet and dry adhesion Cutting on paint Multicolored wrapping Window tinting Large-format wrapping films Post-treatment and fixation of problem areas Requirements Interest in manual activities, especially working on vehicles Some manual skills German at B2 level
