SolidWorks with Project Management

Course overview

In this training, you will learn how to effectively use SolidWorks in product development. You will create 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings, utilize simulations for design optimization, and integrate standard parts and bill of materials into the design process. The focus is on the application of the CAD software SolidWorks - from the initial idea to the finished design. Additionally, you will acquire solid knowledge in project management, independent of design and development processes. The content is aligned with the guidelines of EXIN; the training is conducted as a certified EXIN partner and optionally concludes with an internationally recognized certification. You will learn to create project plans, coordinate teams, manage milestones, and keep an eye on budget and quality. The methods taught are applicable across industries and support you in successfully implementing projects.
