Course overview
In this training, you will acquire essential knowledge in software development for automation systems. You will program programmable logic controllers (PLC) using TIA Portal, utilize structured programming languages according to DIN EN 61131-3, and work with logical functions and variable structures. You will develop control algorithms in Structured Control Language (SCL), implement conditional statements, and optimize process flows through mathematical operations and loop structures. Additionally, you will create user interfaces for HMI systems, integrate alarm systems, and test applications with Factory IO and PLC-LAB. In this PLC course, you will develop practical automation solutions, analyze function block hierarchies, and implement digital control concepts for Industry 4.0 environments.
