Digitalization and Digital Transformation Technologies and applications Digital strategy Business models 3. Agile Values according to Scrum Organization and responsibilities in Scrum teams External stakeholders Process flow of Scrum 4. Sprints, Events, Artifacts, and Commitments Overview of Scrum elements 5. Scrum Master PSM 1 Exam Intensive preparation for the external final exam at scrum.org Thematic Placement in Agile Project Management This area focuses on modern methods in IT project management (Agile) aimed at future-proof working methods. The emphasis is on promoting dynamics and cooperation in team development. The methodological basis is agile project management with a focus on the Scrum framework. Theoretical foundations and practical events such as Daily Scrum and Retrospective will be conveyed to gain a deeper understanding of the sprint process. The central agile roles will be highlighted: the tasks of the Scrum Master with a focus on team leadership and the strategic perspective of the Product Owner. The classic Scrum model is complemented by approaches such as Kanban to increase agility in everyday work.
