UX & AI Development

Course overview

The training provides practical insights into how UX design can be integrated with AI-supported development. Participants will learn to design digital products with a user-centered approach and to strategically incorporate artificial intelligence into research, design, and development processes. Initially, key fundamentals of User Experience, User Research, Personas, Customer Journeys, and Information Architecture are covered. Building on this, participants will develop User Flows, Wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and evaluate these based on user feedback and usability tests. Another focus is on AI and AI applications in digital products. Topics include generative AI, prompting, AI-supported research, automated evaluation of user data, as well as the development of intelligent features and personalized user experiences. Additionally, participants will learn to define requirements for AI functions, develop prototypes, and efficiently facilitate collaboration between UX, product management, and development. Data protection, responsible AI use, and the assessment of AI-generated results will also be addressed. Practical projects connect UX design, prototyping, AI development, and digital product development, preparing participants for roles in UX, AI Product Design, and technology-oriented product teams.
