Responsible Nursing Specialist for Outpatient and (Partial) Inpatient Care

Course overview

Outpatient and inpatient care facilities meet the legal requirements for the establishment and operation of a care facility according to § 71 SGB XI. Since July 1, 2008, care facilities must have a leading nursing specialist with a 460-hour training program. Due to the significant structural changes in the healthcare system, outpatient and inpatient care facilities will only be able to successfully assert themselves in the market in the long term if they have a lived and professional management. The responsible nursing specialist plays a crucial role in this. They are the central hub in the complex system of nursing care and support. Our training enables the responsible nursing specialist to promote employees in such a way that they act more independently and in a team-oriented manner. You will learn to structure and organize workflows more effectively and efficiently. Taking into account the general legal regulations and the economic viability of the facility, you will be thoroughly prepared for your leadership role in a theoretically sound yet very practical manner.
