The training provides competencies for the management of wards, residential areas, or outpatient services. Learning content (selection): Business management and organization Human resource management Employee leadership and teamwork Quality management Legal fundamentals Communication and public relations Understanding of nursing and nursing models Guidelines, standards, and management tasks The course includes theory, practical tasks, project work, as well as written and oral examinations. The content complies with the requirements according to SGB XI § 71 and the guidelines of the German Hospital Association (DKG).
